The Orange site has been in operation over fifty years and produces products including: Aggregate Base, Recrush Base, Sand Products, Gravel Products, Recycled Asphalt (RAP), and more.
R.J. Noble Company has the capability of making rubberized asphalt through the wet process, blending rubber with asphalt oil. The addition of rubber to asphalt allows the pavement to expand and contract resisting the causes of cracking as well as stopping water from penetrating and creating potholes. With a large portion of the rubber used in this process coming from used tires it allows R.J. Noble to make a superior pavement, while recycling product to help preserve our resources and environment.
The Orand site also has a Rock Crushing Plant and the capabilites to handle Inert Debris Engineered Landfill.
R.J. Noble Company began a Portable crushing operation in October of 2005 with the capability of crushing between 300 to 400 tons of aggregate per hour. This crusher currently produces Crushed Aggregate Base (CAB) and Class II Aggregate Base. These products serve as Sub-Grade for streets and new developments around Orange County and the Inland Empire. When available the plant is able to move in, set up, and begin crushing material at job sites, anywhere in California, usually within a week. The R.J. Noble Company’s portable crusher is one of the largest portable crusher’s in Southern California and can clear large stockpiles of Aggregate and other construction materials into a useable product in a short amount of time.
