Introduction

Orange Plant

In July of 2004 R.J. Noble Company began a crushing operation at its Orange Facility.  The Main function of this crusher is to recycle asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials brought in from various locations in Orange County and the Inland Empire.  Since the launch of this crusher R.J. Noble Company has been able to recycle between 15,000 and 20,000 tons of construction material each month. In crushing these materials R.J. Noble Company has created useful products, which save natural resources, and helps slow the flow of material into landfills around Southern California.  The Crusher produces Crushed Miscellaneous Base (CMB), Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP), and Crushed Concrete (CCR), which are screened into various sizes of material. Corona Plant

R.J. Noble Company began a Portable crushing operation in October of 2005.  Our portable crusher has the capability of crushing between 300 to 400 tons of aggregate per hour.  This crusher currently produces Crushed Aggregate Base (CAB) and Class II Aggregate Base.  These products serve as Sub-Grade for streets and new developments around Orange County and the Inland Empire.  When available the plant is able to move in, set up, and begin crushing material at job sites, anywhere in California, usually within a week. The R.J. Noble Company’s portable crusher is one of the largest portable crusher’s in Southern California and can clear large stockpiles of Aggregate and other construction materials into a useable product in a short amount of time.
