For over sixty years, the R.J. Noble Company has been a leader in the production, manufacturing, engineering and recycling of asphalt, asphalt rubber, RAP, rock, sand, and concrete products. With two large multiple-resource plants and over 120 acres in California, R.J. Noble is a major supplier to the state of California, its cities and private enterprise alike.

The R.J. Noble Company also owns and operates facilities that recyles 500,000 tons per year. It has a large land fill operation and is an active participant in state and local advisory boards and programs concerned for the environment.

R.J. Noble has built a reputation of caring for its employees. Some have been with the company for much of its long history; others are second and third generation. Recently completed projects in California have included:

For Caltrans: Route 66 (Foothill) LaVerne,  Garey  to Route 30.  Some reconstruction and a resurface with polymer asphalt process. For the City of Santa Ana : Grand Avenue, Edinger to First Street.  Major reconstruction & resurfacing with latex asphalt. Installation of bus pads. For Caltrans : 241 Toll Road from 91 Freeway to approximately 133 Freeway – Some reconstruction and overlay with asphalt rubber open grade. For the City of Anaheim: East Street from Vermont to Santa Ana Street. Reconstruction and asphalt resurface. For the City of Huntington Beach : Ellis Avenue From Beach Blvd. to Newland Reconstruction and resurface with latex asphalt. For the City of Temecula : Jefferson, from Rancho California Rd. North to Overland, full reconstruction Rubber Asphalt overlay.
