The R.J. Noble Company is a major producer of recyled materials for California. We process large volumes of recycled rubber from discarded tires in our asphalt products. The use of this rubber reduces the volume of tires being dumped in our landfills, and creates a quieter driving surface on our asphalt roads and highways, as well as increases their longevity.

We also recycle thousands of tons annually of old concrete, base and asphalt, while making products that have many new uses. In addition, this recycling of old materials helps reduce the ever-increasing sortage of public landfills.
