Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

The customer service/maintenance representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, performs administrative and operational support.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provides customer service
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Handles payment transactions
  • Balances out payment transactions
  • Performs a lock-check on all units
  • Maintains golf cart cleanliness, battery water level, and tire pressure
  • Performs trash pickup
  • Maintains landscape- mowing lawn, flower trimming, weed control
  • Repair minor roof leaks on units
  • Assist with new rental contracts
  • Assist in maintaining weed control throughout the facility-spraying and pulling
  • Assist with sweeping out units, removing any items, and dispose
  • Assist with facility yard cleanup, sweeping, and shoveling

Required Education and Experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 2 –3 years in customer service.
