    Job Overview

    Driver who possesses a California Commercial Driver License, class A. He/she meets the physical requirements set by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and is able to work long hours. Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of freight on board.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Demonstrate full competency in safe driving the assigned vehicle.
    • Drive vehicles with a gross vehicle weight over 26,000 lbs.
    • Pull towed weight exceeding 20,000 lbs.
    • Perform a thorough inspection of vehicle before and after each shift.
    • Responsible for tire inflation by using tire gauge and recommended PSI.
    • Responsible for checking assigned vehicle fluids.
    • Reports all defects to maintenance supervisor.
    • Track and report hours via Telematics system PeopleNet.
    • Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the assigned shift.
    • Adhere to company‚Äôs safety standards.
    • Responsible for completing and submitting administrative paperwork.

    Qualifications

    • Must have current California Commercial Driver License, class A/B.
    • Current Medical Card issued by an approved medical examiner.
    • 1+ year of experience (preferred).
    • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
    • Have strong communication skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to read and write.

    • Coordinate logistics with dispatch
    • Inspect accounts receivable invoices before mailed
    • Perform collections
    • Find future material possibilities
    • Visiting customer job sites
    • Visiting customer offices
    • Bid Running
    • Pick-up plans and Spec

    Education:

    • High school level education and/or a GED

    Experience:

    • One (1) year of sales experience
    • One (1) year of customer service experience
    • Proficient in the following Microsoft software: Outlook/Word/Excel

    Other:

    • Current CA Driver License
  • Truck Washer

    Job Overview

    Truck Washer is responsible for washing all company owned vehicles/trucks and trailers. This role requires that we meet the company cleanliness standards.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Brush and spray-wash all trucks and trailers
    • Safely operate industrial power washer
    • Cleans out the wash bay
    • Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations

    Required Education and Experience

    Education:

    • Must have current California Driver License C
    • High school diploma or GED (preferred)

    Experience:

    • 6 months of experience (preferred)
